We did not start with a model. We started with production.

Movendi builds autonomy for environments where failure is unacceptable. The platform ships on real production lines; the research behind it is published openly. Both come from years of putting AI on factory floors and learning what current models cannot do.

Built by people who ran automation at Tesla, SpaceX, Siemens, and Safran โ€” who had already lived this problem where it is most expensive. More than 800,000 machine hours are monitored across customer sites today.

One

The installed base is the opportunity. Autonomy that requires new machines reaches almost no one. Every plant already owns its equipment; what it lacks is a layer that can read it and act.

Two

Expertise is the scarce input. High-reliability work runs on judgment that takes a career to build and cannot be hired at scale. Encoding that judgment is the product.

Three

Architecture transfers. Instances do not. One architecture across domains, with a model trained and proven in each. We do not claim a single model that runs everything.

Autonomy does not enter a factory or a hospital unless it is secure by design. Movendi does not add AI to fragile OT networks โ€” it builds the boundary that lets AI act. Every action is checked before it reaches a machine, and the data stays the customer's.

Movendi is a Kaliber Labs company. Kaliber contributes perception and control research; Movendi puts it on real equipment. The same work that moves a machine on a factory floor moves a robot at a patient's bedside.
